Rajgir (Bihar) [India], September 2 (ANI): It was a goal-fest for the Indian Men’s Hockey Team as they stormed past Kazakhstan with a dominant 15-0 victory in their final Pool A clash at the Asia Cup Rajgir, Bihar 2025, held at the Rajgir Hockey Stadium in Bihar.
The hosts put up a sensational display, with three players, Jugraj Singh, Sukhjeet Singh, and Abhishek scoring hat-tricks, highlighting India’s attacking prowess and teamwork.
Reflecting on his performance, Jugraj Singh, who netted three goals, dedicated his efforts to the team’s success.
“It was a very important match for us, we scored 15 goals today,” Jugraj said after the game.
“Whenever I score, I score for my team. If it’s needed in the future, I’ll keep stepping up and deliver for my team,” he added.

In the final phase of play, the trend continued, and India scored within the first few minutes. A penalty stroke fell to Jugraj Singh (47′), and he smashed it home without any hesitation. From then on, Kazakhstan attempted to consolidate and expand its influence through a series of moves.
