Air Marshal Dr. Pawan Kapoor, signifying a collective commitment to international collaboration. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov marked a significant stride in this direction.
