Jalandhar (Punjab) [India], September 22 (ANI): In a tragic incident, one person lost his life due to a gas leak incident at a factory located near Domoria Bridge in the Jalandhar district of Punjab.
Emergency services and fire department officials were immediately dispatched to the spot with adequate equipment as soon as the information was received. 
According to the police, the person was rescued unconscious and later he died.
Sub Divisional Magistrate of Jalandhar, Balbir Singh, has ordered a magisterial probe into the incident. The incident occurred on Saturday.
Speaking to reporters, SDM Balbir Singh said, “One person was rescued unconscious. He has lost his life. SDM has marked a magisterial inquiry and has asked to file a report within 15 days…”
